Join our free online membership program that includes a community of connection, information, support and resources for families supporting someone with dementia.
Whether as a family member supporting someone with dementia you are just beginning the journey following a diagnosis, or walking alongside someone in the later stages of dementia, this community is here to honour your care role, ease your load, and keep you connected.
Open to: Family members supporting someone with dementia anywhere in Australia. This includes spouses, adult children, siblings, neighbours, and chosen family, from diagnosis through to the later stages.

✅ Online Forums – Join a caring, like-minded community where your experiences are seen and shared. No questions are too small!
✅ Priority Access to Future State-Based Events – With future funding, community members will be the first to access in-person workshops, programs, and gatherings.
