I walk alongside people living with dementia and the families who care for them, offering calm, steady support as things change.

I bring my nursing background, dementia training and a very human, down‑to‑earth approach to help make each day feel a little clearer and a little lighter.

Most of the time, I’m simply listening, guiding and helping families feel supported and not so alone in it all. At the heart of my work is dignity, connection and bringing a sense of calm into the everyday.
