Cake Tin Conversations - SA

Cake Tin Conversations is a monthly in-person gathering in South Australia, created for family members (and chosen family) who are often so busy caring for others that they forget to make space for themselves.
Over a cup of tea, a slice of cake, and meaningful conversation, we'll explore the person behind the carer badge; your interests, wellbeing, relationships, dreams, challenges, and the everyday aspects of life that matter to you.
Each month will feature a different theme or topic designed to inform, inspire, connect, or simply create space to pause and reflect. Topics may include health and wellbeing, managing stress, finding joy, navigating change, community connections, personal interests, practical life skills, and occasional sessions that support your caring role.
There are no expectations and no expertise required, just a welcoming space to connect with others, share stories, learn something new, and remember that your wellbeing matters too.
